The Impact Alliance NFP is excited to partner up with Chicago Black Women in Tech to present “Am I My Sister’s Keeper…in the Workplace?,” a workshop that sets out to explore the positive and negative interactions between women in the workplace.
The purpose of this workshop is to identify and discuss the possible causes of challenging dynamics between women and to take away “best practices” that will assist in fostering positive and supportive work spaces.
The event will include a keynote address by Paula J. Caplan, Ph. D. an Associate at Harvard University's DuBois Institute and clinical and research psychologist, followed by an interactive panel discussion, as well as small group scenario-based problem-solving, and a "Best Practices” overview.
